How Much Can I Earn?
As an Avon representative, how much you earn depends on how much you sell. As Avon pays it's representatives a percentage of each products sale, the more you sell, the more you can earn. As an Avon Sales Leader you can quickly achieve fast start bonuses, after that your potential earnings from your respective sales team are unlimited.
What About Training and Support?
You will receive both initial and ongoing training from Avon as well as support from your Sales Leader, it's what we're there for! Avon representatives are also given the opportunity to attend regular meetings and training sessions.
Do I Have To Sell Door to Door?
It's not compulsory for Avon representatives to take an area and sell products door to door, there are other methods available from Avon such as party planners, you can sell at your place of work, at your children's school or playgroup, or even to Friends and Family only
When Can I Start, How Much Does It Cost?
If you are over 18 years old you can start today for no immediate outlay. The small £15 cost of setting up your Avon business will be deducted over your first two months earnings. Brochures, bags, samples etc... are available to order from Avon at very low prices.
What Other Opportunities Are Open To Me?
Once you have established your representative business, you can work toward President's Club level which rewards it's most successful Avon representatives. You may wish to do Avon party plan or you might want to consider sales leadership. All of these options can discussed in full with your sales leader.
What Product Guarantees Do Avon Offer?
If Avon customers are not 100% happy with their purchase then they may simply return it for a refund or exchange - even if they've tried it! Speciel terms apply to certain products, such as lingerie, but these products are clearly indicated in the brochure. For a full refund on products with a free gift, both products must be returned or the refund cannot be processed.
